Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us with your reason for wishing to return an item. Checking for damage on receipt

If on delivery the goods appear to be visibly damaged you must notify the carrier immediately that you will not accept delivery otherwise you will forfeit your right to return the goods for visible damage.

Please remember, returns can only be refunded if they are received in a resalable condition.  Once we have received your return in acceptable condition, your order will be refunded.

Returns where TV Brackets are at fault

In the unlikely circumstance that you have ordered correctly from our website and your bracket does not fit the TV we said it would, we will collect your return at our cost and refund your purchase including your original shipping cost.

Firstly, please contact us to discuss your return.  Once we have confirmed our mistake, we will require the following information to arrange collection:
